Testimony is a life resource center where individuals can heal, recover and move their lives forward by building a new, solid foundation in COUNSELING, ADVENTURE, and SOUL. We believe that without integrating these three pieces of ones’ self, you cannot achieve a balance in life, and ultimately, become who you were meant to be.

Every person is made up of:

Physical

Body, health, activity, nutrition, strength, ability, energy.

Mental

Thoughts, ideas, experiences, logic, understanding, reasons,
critical thinking.

Relational

Love, intimacy, authenticity, vulnerability, uniqueness,
communication, trust.

Emotional

Feelings, inspiration, calling, intimacy, longing, desires, joy.

Spiritual

Beliefs, purpose, world view, whole life.

The spiritual holds each component together as an open circle in which truth flows in and out, allowing our
lives to make sense and gives us purpose and meaning.
